Diagnose

We map your current operations end-to-end. Workflows, tools, handoffs, edge cases, the work that lives in nobody's job description. We identify where time, money, and accuracy leak. The output is an audit document and a prioritized recommendation list, ranked by effort and impact.

Design

Before any code or automation, we design the architecture. What data flows where. What triggers what. What humans still own and what becomes systematic. Phased pricing follows the architecture, not the other way around. You approve the design before we build.

Implement

4 to 16 weeks (phased)

We build in the client's own tools (Airtable, Make, Slack, your CRM) so nothing is hostage to us. Phase 0 ships in two to three weeks to prove value. Each subsequent phase has a go/no-go gate. You always see the work before committing to the next stage.

After launch, we transition to a monthly retainer or hand off cleanly. The systems we build are documented, monitored, and tuned. New edge cases get absorbed. The architecture compounds rather than decays.
